Click & Reserve: Reserve online and collect in-store

What is Click & Reserve?

With the Click & Reserve service, you have the chance to check stock availability of your desired products online, reserve them and collect them conveniently from a shop near you. This means you can have a product kept in the shop and try it on before your buy it.

 

Which advantages does Click & Reserve offer me?

• Reliability: Your desired product will definitely be available in the store.

• Service: You'll receive competent professional advice from our store team, find out about other products, try them on and make your purchase.

• Non-binding reservation: If you do not like the items you've reserved, you are not obliged to purchase them and can leave them in the shop.

• Secure payment: Just like for regular online purchases, all the usual methods of payment are available to you in the shop. 

How do I select Click & Reserve for my desired product?

 

Step 1: Select your jewellery

On the product detail page, choose the colour and size of the item of jewellery you wish to reserve. Then click on the 'Check in-store availability' button.

Step 2: Check availability and reserve the item in the store of your choice

In the next step, enter the desired city or postcode. All the local THOMAS SABO stores offering the Click & Reserve service will come up as results.

Once you have chosen the most convenient store for you, click on the 'RESERVE NOW' button. Going abroad? You can also reserve items at THOMAS SABO stores around the world, providing they offer the Click & Reserve service.

 

Please note: to use this service, you must be logged into your account. You can of course register as a new customer and immediately start using the Click & Reserve service – we look forward to welcoming you!

Step 3: Complete your reservation

Proceed in the same way for any other items you would like to reserve. As soon as you have all the items of your choice in your reservation list, you can reserve them by clicking on the 'COMPLETE RESERVATION' button. Please note that your reservation cannot be split between multiple stores.

Step 4: Wait for the Confirmation e-mail and collect jewellery from the store

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been received and is now pending. Once the in-store staff have double-checked the availability of your order and have put the items on hold, you will receive a second e-mail confirming that they are ready for collection. The item will then be held for 3 days.

How long are my items of jewellery reserved for?

We reserve your items of jewellery for three days. The exact date will be noted in the e-mail sent to you by the store once the staff have put the items on hold for you (see Step 4).

 

Can I reserve engravable items of jewellery with my engraving of choice?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can reserve the engravable item and then have it engraved onsite when collecting it – once you are certain that you like the item of jewellery and it fits.

 

Can I reserve more than one piece of the same item?

You can only reserve one piece of the same item in one colour variant and size. For example, it will not be possible to reserve two pieces of the same ring in the same size and colour twice. However, you can reserve the same ring in two different sizes or different colours – and then decide which one you would like upon collection.

 

Can I also reserve for collection from my local jeweller?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The Click & Reserve service can only be used in THOMAS SABO stores.

 

I'm going abroad, can I also reserve items at a foreign THOMAS SABO store?

Sure, you can reserve at selected THOMAS SABO stores around the world, providing they have Click & Reserve service. Check this by selecting the country/city you are going to visit, by using the reservation function (see Step 2).

 

Do I have to purchse an item I reserve?

No, reserving your items does not commit you to purchasing them! If you notice at the store that a different size is a better fit or you prefer a different item of jewellery: no problem at all!

 

Can I save my reservation list and send it at a later date?

Yes, that is possible. You must be logged in then the items that you have added to the reservation list and have not yet sent are automatically saved for you. When you next log into your account, you'll be able to view your reservation list and, if necessary, add further jewellery designs and then reserve all items of jewellery at once.
