Firstly, I would like to thank you for your interest in our charity projects that you have clearly shown by visiting our Website. And I very much hope that I can win you over for our good cause.
As the Chairman of the THOMAS SABO Foundation, it is important to me that we drive our charity projects forward with effective measures, while continually monitoring their development. In our efforts, we focus on numerous support-worthy activities – although the primary spotlight is on international charity projects for children and youngsters. Here, our objective is to help lower the impact of child poverty and to offer some perspective for the lives of affected children instead of hopelessness.
Particularly dear to my heart are the projects in Columbia. Conditions in this country, which some visitors from the rich industrialised nations merely register by shaking their heads, are always an incentive for me not to give up on my efforts and determination. I myself grew up in Columbia, and have first-hand experience with the situation in the country. The shocking images that I witnessed during my youth will remain with me forever. Hence, you will undoubtedly appreciate my strong involvement with the training centre in Columbia.
The THOMAS SABO Foundation has been able to improve several issues to date. But we still have much to do. For this reason, I would like to take this opportunity to kindly ask the friends, employees and business partners of THOMAS SABO to support our Foundation.
