THOMAS SABO INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your THOMAS SABO jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at a THOMAS SABO-owned sales outlet or at the THOMAS SABO Online Shop. The Warranty provider is Duraflex Group Australia, Level 1, 328 High Street, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia.

Please note that THOMAS SABO jewellery purchased from an authorised jeweller can also be returned there providing the items are returned with the receipt. Such items must not be returned directly to Duraflex Group Australia.

We will repair your THOMAS SABO jewellery within this one-year warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident. Please note the special Care instructions for THOMAS SABO jewellery.

This guarantee does not replace or limit legal warranties in accordance with the valid laws of the respective country.

You can send the defective jewellery back to our Office in Australia by post:
