A trip to London: Discover a whole world in one city!

London is a diverse and exciting city, which houses some of the world's best sights and attractions: a vibrant location and a great destination for your Spring city-break. With so much to do, see and eat, it's difficult to narrow down the long list of things to do, but here we’ve included some. Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace are the not-to-be-missed tourist sightseeing spots. An extensive choice of global cuisine can be found in Soho and Brick Lane market, while Harrods, Carnaby Street and Oxford Street are among the many shopping heavens that you can find in this fantastic city! Portobello Market for vintage and antiques lovers and Camden Town to experience the real London underground culture.

Spend the Bank Holiday in Paris, the City of Lights

Be it with your family, your partner or with a group of friends, Paris offers an array of different activities for a perfect Spring city-break. The unmissable classics: see the city from the top of the Eiffel Tower, visit Notre Dame de Paris and take a picture under the Arc de Triomphe. After immersing yourself in the rooms full of art at The Louvre museum, have a relaxing coffee and croissant in Les Marais quartier… and some vintage shopping too! Dinner at a traditional Parisian bistro will provide the ultimate Paris experience. Are you a football fan? Then why not go to see a match of Paris Saint-German?

From Rome to Venice: Italy’s most beautiful cities

La Bella Italia couldn’t really be missing from our Spring Getaways City Guide. As we couldn’t decide on the city – too much beauty from north to south of the “Boot”, as Italy is called because of its shape – let’s explore Rome and Venice. If you’ve thrown coins into the famous Rome’s Trevi Fountain and marvelled at the Colosseum, then you’re ready for Trastevere for some yummy dinner and nightlife fun. Spaghetti alla carbonara is one of the most traditional Roman dishes, try it! You can’t go to Venice and not have a ride on the gondola on the Grand Canal. A traditional Venetian tapas meal, called “ciketti” is a must-have for all foodies. Saint Marc’s square, with the gold mosaic covered Basilica and Palazzo Ducale (the former Doge’s residence) is probably one of the most magical places in the world. In Venice you don’t need a map: just enjoy getting lost in the labyrinth of tiny streets and discover all the hidden spots of this breathtakingly beautiful island.

Enjoy a city-break in Madrid: viva España!

Spain’s Capital, Madrid, is one of those cities where you would happily move to after visiting it. The absolutely amazing food, architecture, museums and friendly people are just some of the fantastic qualities of this city. Visit El Prado museum and the Queen Sofia Arts Centre to experience your full dose of art. Take a walk along the Paseo del Prado for a relaxing stroll. Not to be missed: Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel for eating great Spanish tapas. Experience a melting-pot of cultures in at Barrio Salamanca, a fascinating quartier full of colours and vital energy.
