The THOMAS SABO Gift Card can be used as a means of payment in THOMAS SABO Stores and in the online shop at www.thomassabo.com.

The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country of issue. This applies to both the THOMAS SABO Stores and the online shop.

The redemption can take place in several steps and can be used on goods and services. Returns, cash payments, recharging and offsetting against outstanding claims are not possible.
THOMAS SABO reserves the right to refuse payment with the Gift Card in individual cases if payment is unfortunately not possible due to a technical fault. In the event of fraud, attempted deception or suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the Gift Card, THOMAS SABO is authorised to request a different payment method and to block the Gift Card. There is no entitlement to the activation or payment of affected Gift Cards.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Gift Card is a means of payment and not a regular item. Please understand that the value of the Gift Card therefore does not contribute to reaching a minimum order value - this applies, for example, to our campaigns, promotions and the limit for free shipping orders.

THOMAS SABO online shop:

• Once you have filled the shopping basket in the THOMAS SABO online shop and proceeded to the checkout, you can enter a Gift Card as a means of payment. To do this, use the card number below the barcode and the PIN on the back of your card. The PIN is hidden behind a field that you must first scratch off.
• The balance on your Gift Card will be analysed and the Gift Card will be accepted as a means of payment. If the value of your shopping basket is lower than the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card. The current balance will be displayed.
• If the balance on the card is lower than the total of the shopping basket, you can select an additional payment method from the payment methods offered to finalise your order. Up to 3 Gift Cards can be used per order.

In THOMAS SABO Stores:

• In THOMAS SABO Stores, you use the Gift Card in the same way as a credit card or EC card. Simply present the Gift Card at the checkout.
• The balance on your Gift Card will be analysed and the Gift Card will be accepted as a means of payment. If the receipt value is lower than the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card.
• If the balance on the Gift Card is lower than the receipt value, you can select an additional payment method from the authorised payment methods in order to pay the receipt value. Up to five Gift Cards can be used per payment.
