The package is damaged and/or empty or incomplete

If upon delivery, you determine that the package is damaged, please do not accept the package, so that the logistics partner can immediately initiate a damage report.

If it’s not possible to refuse delivery of the package, please contact us immediately after receiving the package either by email at service@thomassabo.com. Of course, we’ll gladly oversee reporting the damage to our logistics partner for you. In order for us to do this, however, we’ll require you to send us a picture of the damaged package.
