Why can't I redeem my voucher code?
If you cannot redeem a voucher, an error message will be displayed. This can have the following causes:
- The minimum order value was not reached
- Certain items are excluded from the discount
- The voucher code is no longer valid
- The voucher code has already been redeemed
- The voucher code was entered incorrectly
Please read the information text and compare it, if necessary, with the respective terms and conditions of your voucher code.
