Step 3: Wait for email confirmation and collect order
You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your order. Once your order has arrived in store, you will receive another email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please note: your order will be held in store for seven days then automatically returned to head office.
When collecting your order in store, you’ll need to present the email and a valid form of ID (driving license, ID card). Alternatively, someone can collect your order on your behalf providing they’re authorised by you. The individual will need to present the email and confirmation signed by you with the name of the person collecting and a valid for of ID (driving license, ID card).

Can my order be sent to my local jeweller?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The 'Click & Collect' function can only be used for selected THOMAS SABO stores.
Can my order be sent to a THOMAS SABO store abroad?
Orders can only be delivered to stores within the country you ordered from. Unfortunately it is not possible to send abroad.
How long will my order be stored in the THOMAS SABO store?
Your order will be kept in store for seven days and is then automatically returned to head office.
Can I get a refund directly in the THOMAS SABO store if I am not satisfied?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a cash refund directly in store but can refund the purchase amount back to the payment method you used when placing your order (credit card, PayPal, Gift card).
