Click & Collect: Shop online and pick up in store

Our service: order online from the comfort of your own home and collect in your nearest THOMAS SABO store.

Please note that our Click & Collect service is currently only available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, Spain and Sweden.


What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to shop and purchase your favourite products online and collect from your local store when convenient for you. 

This way, you benefit twice over: on the one hand, you enjoy the advantages of online shopping and, on the other, you can collect your order flexibly within the opening hours of your THOMAS SABO Store and are not bound by the rigid delivery times of the post office. Best of all, you even save on shipping costs!


What advantages does Click & Collect offer me?

  1. Flexibility: you can choose when you wish to collect your order within the opening hours of your local THOMAS SABO store.
  2. Free delivery to the store. 
  3. Access to the full THOMAS SABO collection: all products offered online can also be sent to your chosen THOMAS SABO Store, even if they’re out of stock at the store.
  4. Customer service: our team is on hand to provide expert advice and offer advice on additional products and sizing.


How do I choose Click & Collect for my order?

Step 1: Shop online

Browse www.thomassabo.com from the comfort of your own home and add your favourites to the basket.



Step 2: Enter delivery address & place order 

Once you’ve added everything to the shopping basket, complete your order via the ‘checkout’ button. You’ll then need to enter your information or register as a new customer. There is also the option to check out as a guest should you prefer. You’ll then need to enter your delivery address.

To use the 'Click & Collect' service, please select 'Send to THOMAS SABO Store'. Using the drop-down list, select the store you wish to send your order to. The address, contact details and opening hours of the respective store will be displayed directly. Once chosen, you’ll need to select a payment method (credit card, PayPal or Gift card).

Step 3: Wait for email confirmation and collect order

You will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your order. Once your order has arrived in store, you will receive another email confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please note: your order will be held in store for seven days then automatically returned to head office.

When collecting your order in store, you’ll need to present the email and a valid form of ID (driving license, ID card). Alternatively, someone can collect your order on your behalf providing they’re authorised by you. The individual will need to present the email and confirmation signed by you with the name of the person collecting and a valid for of ID (driving license, ID card).

Can my order be sent to my local jeweller?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The 'Click & Collect' function can only be used for selected THOMAS SABO stores.

Can my order be sent to a THOMAS SABO store abroad?

Orders can only be delivered to stores within the country you ordered from. Unfortunately it is not possible to send abroad.

How long will my order be stored in the THOMAS SABO store?

Your order will be kept in store for seven days and is then automatically returned to head office.

Can I get a refund directly in the THOMAS SABO store if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a cash refund directly in store but can refund the purchase amount back to the payment method you used when placing your order (credit card, PayPal, Gift card).
