STEP 4: Wait for the confirmation e-mail and collect jewellery from the store
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been received and is now pending. Once the store staff have checked your order and put the products on hold, you will receive another e-mail – only this will provide binding information on whether your products are available and how long they will be held for you.

How long are my items of jewellery reserved for?
We reserve your items of jewellery for three days. The exact date will be noted in the e-mail sent to you by the store once the staff have put the items on hold for you (see Step 4).
Can I reserve more than one piece of the same item?
You can only reserve one piece of the same item in one colour variant and size. For example, it will not be possible to reserve two pieces of the same ring in the same size and colour twice. However, you can reserve the same ring in two different sizes or different colours – and then decide which one you would like at the store.
Can I also reserve for collection from my local jeweller?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The Click & Reserve service can only be used in THOMAS SABO stores.
Do I have to purchse an item I reserve?
No, reserving your items does not commit you to purchasing them. If you notice at the store that a different size is a better fit or you prefer a different item of jewellery: no problem at all!
Can I save my reservation list and send it at a later date?
Yes, that is possible. You must be logged in then the items that you have added to the reservation list and have not yet sent are automatically saved for you. When you next log into your account, you'll be able to view your reservation list and, if necessary, add further jewellery designs and then reserve all items of jewellery at once.
