What is the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club?
The THOMAS SABO Privilege Club is the exclusive customer club of THOMAS SABO. With membership of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, you gain access to very special benefits in addition to a variety of extraordinary services. Your participation is free and non-binding. Among other things, you enjoy special moments – whether at fabulous events, through preferential purchase rights or exclusive vouchers.

Silver and Platinum status
Which benefits does the membership status Silver or Platinum offer me?
• THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Silver
If you reach a total purchase value of 750 GBP within a complete calendar year, at the beginning of the following calendar year – in addition to benefits (“Silver” column) specified in the benefits overview – you will automatically receive an additional purchase voucher to the amount of 3% of the purchases you made in the previous year. Even if you have not made purchases of 750 GBP, all other benefits of the Silver status will nevertheless still be guaranteed.
• THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Platinum
If you reach a total purchase value of 1.500 GBP within a complete calendar year, you additionally receive all the benefits of Platinum status (see benefits overview, “Platinum” column) – and, at the beginning of the following calendar year, you automatically receive a cashback voucher to the amount of 5% of the purchases you made in the previous year.
Option to buy limited editions – exclusively for Platinum members
As a Platinum member, you have the first option to buy new, particularly exclusive and strictly limited special editions from THOMAS SABO one week before everyone else. So that you exercise this right at the right moment, you will also receive prior information before a new limited edition product officially appears. Please note that you can only purchase our exclusive limited edition articles online.
Conditions of club membership
How can I become a member of the Privilege Club?
You become a club member by meeting our three conditions of membership in the following order:
1. You register either online, on site at one of our THOMAS SABO You & Friends jewellery parties or in one of our THOMAS SABO shops for a THOMAS SABO customer account (not possible in THOMAS SABO franchise shops or at specialist retail partners such as jewellers)
2. In the course of this or subsequently, you give us your consent to contact you by post and/or e-mail
3. You place an order in the THOMAS SABO online shop or make a purchase at one of our THOMAS SABO You & Friends jewellery parties or in one of the THOMAS SABO shops on the basis of our General Terms and Conditions
You will then automatically become a member of our THOMAS SABO Privilege Club.
Is it also possible to join the Privilege Club in my home country?
It is currently only possible to join the Privilege Club in the following countries:

Information on the card
Which information will I find on the Privilege Club Card?
Your Privilege Club Card is tailored to you and includes the following personal information:
1. Your first and last name in plain text
2. Your personal THOMAS SABO customer number in plain text
3. Your signature (please sign your card directly upon receipt)
4. Your personal THOMAS SABO customer number as EAN-128 barcode in silver for easy assignment of your purchases in our participating THOMAS SABO retail stores
Example of Customer Club Card:
With this card, you can identify yourself to the checkout staff in our stores when you make a purchase. This identification is important for assigning the payments you have made so that we can assign the right status to you and, where appropriate, can calculate the value of your cashback voucher at the beginning of a new calendar year. Therefore, please present your customer card with every purchase. The shop employees will then scan in your customer number or assign the purchase to your customer account using the name specified on your card.
Receipt of the Privilege Club card
When will I receive my card?
You will receive your personal THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Card automatically once you have joined the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club. Please be aware that due to the high quality production and applied personalisation, shipping of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Card can take several weeks depending on when you joined.
Use/loss of the Privilege Club Card
What happens if I forget my card when I go shopping?
When you make a purchase in one of our THOMAS SABO shops, it suffices to state your name or your customer number to our checkout staff when you make your purchase. Our employees in the shop will then briefly compare data with you in order to assign it clearly. In this way, you can profit from the benefits of club membership, even without your Privilege Club Card and have the purchases you have made assigned to your customer account. In the online shop, we automatically determine your status via your online customer profile.
Can I record my purchases even without the Privilege Club Card?
Yes, that’s possible. Please actively indicate to our checkout staff that you are a member by specifying your first and last name so that they can check and assign your purchases accordingly.
I have lost my card - how do I obtain a new Privilege Club Card?
If you have lost your Privilege Club Card or if it is damaged, simply contact our customer service. The staff will naturally ensure that you receive a new card immediately. Please send any e-mail queries about the Privilege Club to email@example.com.
How do I find out the current level of my purchases for the year? How can I find out my current status?
From the time you join our THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, you can either view your current annual purchases directly in your customer profile on our website or alternatively you can enquire about it in the THOMAS SABO shop. In addition and until this time, you can naturally contact the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Customer Support at any time at the following e-mail address:

Which customer information is available online in the customer account?
You can also access the new Customer Club information after successful login via ‘Personal data’ in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. The following information is available for you to view here:
• Customer number
Provides information about the customer number you have registered with us
• Member status
Indicates your current status in the Privilege Club. This can be either Silver or Platinum
• Current purchases
Current status of purchases made in the current calendar year since you joined the Customer Club
• Requisite purchase value to obtain your next voucher
This field shows how many purchases are still required to achieve the next bonus level
Vouchers & cashback
Which shopping vouchers do I receive as a member?
We will give every owner of a Privilege Club Card and thus every member of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club a voucher as a welcome gift when they join and another shopping voucher for their birthday.
Members also have the possibility of receiving cashback depending on the respective member status and the purchases they made in the previous year.
• Silver: Starting from a purchase value of 750 GBP within a complete calendar year, in addition to your Silver member status, you also receive a cashback voucher to the amount of 3% at the start of the year.
• Platinum: Starting from a purchase value of 1,500 GBP within a complete calendar year, you also receive a cashback voucher to the amount of 5% of the purchases made – and become a Platinum member with many other advantages.
What do I need to do to receive a voucher on my birthday?
You first have to be a member of the Privilege Club and you must consent to us contacting you by email. So that we know when to send the gift, you just have to tell us your birthday.
When will I receive my welcome voucher?
You receive your welcome voucher when you join the club. We will send you this voucher along with your exclusive, personal customer club card by post once you have joined the club. Please make sure that you have given us your current valid address information.
What is the value of the welcome voucher?
The value depends on your country of origin and is graded as follows:
• 10 EUR (redeemable starting from a purchase value of 75 EUR) for customers from:

How can I redeem my welcome voucher?
When you join our Privilege Club, in addition to your personal, free Customer Club Card, as a special welcome gift, you will also receive a goods purchase voucher. You can redeem this voucher starting from a specified minimum order value either directly in your THOMAS SABO retail store or online at www.thomassabo.com.
To redeem the voucher in one of our stores, please separate your voucher from the welcome letter and present it in the shop. Our employees will then scan the printed barcode and deduct the voucher value directly from your purchase.
During the order process, please enter the voucher code printed on your welcome letter to redeem the voucher in our THOMAS SABO online shop. The voucher value is then automatically deducted from the total order value.
Your welcome voucher is not firmly linked to a customer number. You can therefore also redeem it with a newly registered online account.
What do I have to do to get my welcome voucher?
You must be a member of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club and have given us your consent to contact you by e-mail.

Starting from which purchase amounts do I receive cashback vouchers and what are these vouchers worth?
Starting from a total purchase value of 750 GBP within a complete calendar year, you receive a voucher to the amount of 3% at the start of the year. You will receive your voucher automatically in the following calendar year.
Starting from total purchase value of 1.500 GBP within a complete calendar year, you receive a voucher to the amount of 5% at the start of the year and are a Platinum member with many other exclusive advantages. You will receive your voucher automatically in the following calendar year.
The amount of annual purchases to be made in the national currency to acquire the Silver voucher (3%) is:
- DE/AT/ES/FR: 750 EUR
- SE: 6,500 SEK

The annual purchases to be made in the national currency to acquire the Platinum voucher (5%) is:
- DE/AT/ES/FR: 1,500 EUR

How do I obtain a personal Silver of Platinum cashback voucher?
After the beginning of a new year - provided you have reached the defined minimum number of purchases - you will receive your personal THOMAS SABO cashback voucher from us. If we have a valid agreement to receive emails or mail from you, you will be automatically informed as soon as the calculation of the cashback from the previous year has been completed. The cashback vouchers will be sent as soon as possible, but please understand that due to the extended return period during the Christmas business, we can usually only send you your cashback voucher in February of the following year.
Where and how can I redeem my cashback voucher?
You can redeem your bonus in all participating THOMAS SABO shops and online in our online shop at www.thomassabo.com. Partner companies such as jewellers and franchise companies are excluded.
Questions about accumulating purchases
What happens if I have not accumulated the defined amount of annual purchases?
Silver status: You can continue to enjoy all the advantages of the Silver member status except for the following:
• Voucher for 3% of the previous year’s purchases
Prior Platinum status: You receive Silver status and therefore the advantages of this status in future.
Do the purchases made in the THOMAS SABO outlet shops also count towards my purchases?
Yes, purchases in one of our THOMAS SABO outlet shops are also credited to your total purchases in the normal way by specifying your customer data and are thus also included in the evaluation of your total purchases.
Questions about membership
Does membership entail any costs for me?
The THOMAS SABO Privilege Club is completely free for you, our valued customer. We do not charge any costs for your exclusive Customer Club Card or for your membership in general. Depending on your club status, you can therefore enjoy all the advantages in the Club on the basis of our Club conditions without any additional fees.
Questions relating to several customer numbers
In the case of multiple registration, your customer accounts are automatically joined. This does not entail any disadvantages for you as a customer. Here, purchases that have already been made from both customer accounts are also joined. This therefore guarantees that your customer purchases are all saved in a central account. You will find your leading customer number on your Privilege Card.
The customer number on my Privilege Club Card is a different customer number to the one I am familiar with
The customer number on your Privilege Club Customer Club Card is your leading customer number. This can be either a customer number from a registration in one of our retail stores or a customer number from our online shop. Irrespective of this, several customer accounts are automatically joined by our system. Therefore, you can always identify yourself to us with all your known customer numbers. Your Privilege Club purchases will then be automatically added to your central account.
How can I terminate my membership?
You can terminate your membership of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club at any time without notice as follows:
• By written notification by post to THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, Silberstraße 1, 91207 Lauf an der Pegnitz, Germany
• By e-mail notification to the customer service department of THOMAS SABO at email@example.com.
THOMAS SABO can terminate this agreement at any time with a period of notice of three months. Termination for cause shall remain unaffected. Any termination must be effected in writing. Upon expiration of the period of notice, you shall undertake to render the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Customer Card unusable and to cease to use it. In the event of termination for cause, this shall apply upon receipt of termination.

Changes to content
THOMAS SABO reserves the right to discontinue, supplement or amend the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club System with due observance of a reasonable period of notice, also without observance of such a period of notice if cause exists, while reasonably safeguarding its interests. A change is deemed approved if it is not opposed within a month after the date of the postmark on the notification as per section “How can I terminate my membership” or if you use your THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Customer Card after expiration of this period of notice.
