Privilege Club Card

Your exclusive, high quality Privilege Club Card is personally issued for you and contains the following information:


1. Your first and last name in plain text
2. Your personal THOMAS SABO customer number in plain text
3. Your signature (please sign your card directly upon receipt)
4. Your personal THOMAS SABO customer number as EAN-128 barcode in silver for easy assignment of your purchases in our participating THOMAS SABO retail stores


Example of a Privilege Club Card:

With your Privilege Club Card, you can identify yourself to the checkout staff when you make a purchase in one of our stores. This identification is important for assigning the payments you have made so that we can assign the right status to you and calculate the value of your cashback voucher for you at the beginning of a new calendar year. Therefore, please present you Customer Card every time you make a purchase. The shop employees will then scan in your customer number or assign the purchase to your customer account using the name specified on your card.

 

When will I receive my THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Card?

You will receive your personal THOMAS SABO Privilege Club card automatically once you have joined the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club. Please be aware that due to the high quality production and applied personalisation, shipping of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Card can take several weeks depending on when you joined.


What happens if I forget my card when I go shopping?


When you make a purchase in one of our THOMAS SABO shops, it suffices to state your name or your customer number to our checkout staff when you make your purchase. Our employees in the shop will then briefly compare data with you in order to assign it clearly. In this way, you can profit from the benefits of club membership, even without your Privilege Club Card and have the purchases you have made assigned to your customer account. In the online shop, we automatically determine your status via your online customer profile. 


Can I record my purchases without the Customer Club Card?


Yes, that’s possible. Please actively indicate to our checkout staff that you are a member by specifying your first and last name so that they can check and assign your purchases accordingly.


I have lost my card - how do I obtain a new Privilege Club Card?


If you have lost your Privilege Club Card or if it is damaged, simply contact our customer service. The staff will naturally ensure that you receive a new card immediately. Please send any e-mail queries about the Privilege Club to privilege@thomassabo.com.
