As a THOMAS SABO loyal customer, you can exclusively enjoy the advantages of the membership. Your loyalty to THOMAS SABO is rewarded with the Silver or Platinum member status, based on your annual total purchase value.
* The time you have to redeem the voucher is limited depending on when you join the club. The voucher must be redeemed online at www.thomassabo.com or in one of our retail shops. Cannot be combined with other promotions. It is not valid for the purchase of gift cards. Minimum purchase 75 GBP.
** The first battery change 2 years after the purchase of your THOMAS-SABO watch is free for THOMAS SABO customer club members. Please note that the watch can only be submitted for a battery change at one of our THOMAS SABO shops or by sending it to our THOMAS SABO in-house repair service.
*** Includes cleaning in the dipping bath in our THOMAS SABO shops, but not professional jewellery reconditioning at our in-house specialist jewellery workshop.
**** You have a warranty on your THOMAS SABO jewellery item that covers defective material and workmanship for two years from the day of purchase. If possible, defective THOMAS SABO jewellery items that are not under warranty will be repaired for you at a charge at the discretion of THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG. Please note that we can only provide the repair service if it is possible to return the product to its original perfect condition, all required spare parts for the repair are available and you have not made any attempt to repair the article yourself.

1. What is the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club?
The Privilege Club is the exclusive customer club of THOMAS SABO. With membership of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, you gain access to very special benefits in addition to many extraordinary services. Your participation is free and non-binding. Among other things, you enjoy special moments – whether at fabulous events, through preferential purchase rights or exclusive vouchers.
2. Which benefits does the membership status Silver or Platinum offer me?
THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Silver
If you reach a total purchase value of 750 GBP within a complete calendar year, at the beginning of the following calendar year – in addition to many other benefits – you will automatically receive a purchase voucher to the amount of 3 % of the value of the purchases you made in the previous year.
THOMAS SABO Privilege Club Platinum
If you reach a total purchase value of 1.500 GBP within a complete calendar year, you additionally receive all the benefits of Platinum status – and, at the beginning of the following calendar year, you automatically receive a purchase voucher to the amount of 5 % of the value of the purchases you made in the previous year.
You will receive your first voucher at the start of the calendar year 2019.
3. How do I become a member of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club?
From October 2017, you can become a club member by meeting the following requirements:
- You register for a THOMAS SABO customer account, either online or in one of our THOMAS SABO shops (not possible in THOMAS SABO franchise shops or at specialist retail partners such as jewellers)
- During this process, you grant us your consent to contact you by post or e-mail
- You place an order in the THOMAS SABO online shop or make a purchase in one of our shops on the basis of our general terms and conditions
As soon as you have complied with these conditions, you are automatically a club member and gain access to the exclusive club benefits. You will receive your personal THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card no later than 30 days after you have joined the club.
As soon as you join the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, your revenue will be credited to your account automatically, and from then on, you will enjoy all of the other benefits of membership (see all the club benefits at a glance, at www.thomassabo.com/privilegeclub), even if you have not yet received your card. In the Online Shop, your revenue will be automatically credited once you log in through your customer account. Revenue for purchases made in one of our participating retail stores can also be credited to your account if you provide your customer data; all you need to do is mention this to our shop staff.
4. How do I obtain a new THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card?
If you have lost or damaged your THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card, simply contact our customer service department. The staff will naturally ensure that you receive a new card immediately. Please send e-mail queries about the Privilege Club to: email@example.com
5. How can I end my membership?
You can terminate your membership of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club at any time without notice:

- By e-mail notification to the customer service department of THOMAS SABO at firstname.lastname@example.org
THOMAS SABO can terminate this agreement at any time with a period of notice of three months. Termination for cause shall remain unaffected. Any termination must be made in writing. Upon expiration of the period of notice, you shall undertake to render the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card unusable and to cease to use it. In the event of termination for cause, this shall apply upon receipt of the termination.

6. Changes to content
THOMAS SABO reserves the right to discontinue, supplement or amend the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club System with due observance of a reasonable period of notice, also without observance of such a period of notice if cause exists, while reasonably safeguarding your interests. A change is deemed approved if it is not opposed within a month after the date of the postmark on the notification, as per section “How can I end my membership” or if you use your THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card after expiration of this period of notice.
