THOMAS SABO donará sin deducción alguna los ingresos íntegros de la venta de esta joya de edición limitada a la fundación «Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e. V.», que distribuirá los fondos a diferentes socios activos que trabajan en Ucrania, como UNICEF, Aldeas Infantiles SOS, la organización alemana de ayuda con medicamentos action medeor, Cáritas Internacional, la agencia de ayuda a los refugiados de la ONU y la organización no gubernamental alemana Malteser Hilfsdienst.
Estas organizaciones se encargan de tomar medidas para salvar las vidas de las personas en peligro. Algunas de estas medidas son la evacuación de niños y de sus familias de las zonas de conflicto, el transporte de agua potable, la distribución de comida caliente en cocinas de campaña y la asistencia médica. También cuentan con equipos psicosociales para ayudar a los niños que estén traumatizados por la situación vivida.

Since 1996, RTL has been committed to helping children in need in Germany and around the world. Donations are collected throughout the year in the scope of numerous campaigns and initiatives. The foundation guarantees that every cent of the money donated reaches the children’s aid projects without any deductions. Every year, the foundation is reviewed by the German Central Institute for Social Issues (DZI) and receives the coveted DZI donation seal each year anew. In recent years, it has collected more than EUR 207 million.

The call for donations is being kickstarted by company founder Thomas Sabo with a personal donation of EUR 250,000 and an open letter to the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko.
