Cancelling an order
After completion of an order, it is not possible to cancel it due to our automated ordering process. You have the option, however, to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt (this does not apply to personalized and engraved items).
For the same reason, it is not possible to make a subsequent change of details to your order, for example, adding/removing an item or making a subsequent change/correction to the delivery address.

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer an ordering service by phone.
An order may only be placed in our online shop. Of course, you are always welcome to visit us at any THOMAS SABO Store near you.
Tips and technical requirements
We’ve put together some helpful tips and technical requirements for you just in case you encounter a problem while surfing online or ordering:

Should you nevertheless encounter technical problems, we ask you to carry out your order from another end device (e.g. laptop, tablet) and/or to email us at service@thomassabo.com – in the best case, with a screenshot of the error notification and information about your browser version.
