- Can I have the Gift Card sent to a different delivery address when ordering online?
It is possible to send it to a different delivery address. Simply enter an alternative delivery address in the order process and the Gift Card will be sent directly to the desired recipient.
- Is there special gift packaging for the Gift Card?
Yes, the gift card is packaged in a special card. The Gift Card packaging has a neutral design.
- What do I do if I lose the Gift Card?
Please keep the Gift Card in a safe place. It is treated like cash. If you lose it, you are not entitled to a replacement. If the invoice or receipt for a Gift Card is still available, the current balance can be determined in individual cases and the Gift Card can be cancelled. In individual cases, the amount can be refunded to your bank account or a new Gift Card can be issued.
- Is the Gift Card transferable?
Yes, the Gift Card is not personalised and can be used by anyone.
- When is the PIN required?
The PIN is only required for payment in the online shop and to check the credit balance. You will find the PIN on the back of your card. To view it, you must scratch off the corresponding field.
