1. The earlobes are thoroughly cleaned on both sides with the alcohol swab. Allow the alcohol cleanser to work for 30 seconds and dry.
2. The instrument is pushed through. The closure is positioned automatically. This guarantees sufficient distance between the earlobe and the clasp.
3. The pressure is released from the instrument and it is then carefully removed downwards.
4. The THOMAS SABO sales advisor will be happy to give you tips on the correct care of your new pierced ears. From 24 hours after ear piercing, you should regularly apply a care product twice a day.

• At what age can ear piercings be performed?

There is no minimum age for ear piercing. The decision to pierce children's ears is at the discretion of their parents or guardians. However, we recommend waiting until at least their 4th birthday. Parents/legal guardians must provide a written declaration of consent for minors. For children under the age of 16, they must be present during the ear piercing.

• Does ear piercing hurt?

• How do I look after new pierced ears properly?

Your THOMAS SABO sales advisor will provide you with care instructions after the ear piercing, in which everything is explained in detail. We ask you to follow the instructions so that the healing process runs smoothly. After having your ears pierced, make sure you look after them regularly - at least twice a day. Wear the initial studs for at least six weeks without taking them out.
