Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Win Your Wishlist” competition

§1 Organiser of the competition

2. The data provided will be used to run the competition. Aside from this, THOMAS SABO will use the data solely for its own marketing purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties other purposes (e.g. third party marketing purposes). All questions, comments or complaints about the competition must be sent to us by e-mail at service@thomassabo.com or via our contact form only.

§2 Participation in the competition

1. In order to participate in the competition, users must have an active customer account and fill a wishlist with items, then generate a link using the "share wishlist" function and send it to wishlist@thomassabo.com by 05.12.2023.


2. Participants have the opportunity to win their shared wishlist up to a maximum value of EUR 750. The items that are on the wishlist at the time the prize is determined are decisive; the size selection will be agreed with the winner. There is no entitlement to a specific product prize; the products can only be won subject to availability. Limited Editions, TS 1984, SABOTEUR, gift cards and jewellery with CHARMISTA Coin are excluded from this offer. Three winners will be chosen at the end of the competition. The winner will be drawn at random by a THOMAS SABO jury. Notification of the win will be sent to the e-mail address provided upon entering the competition. The winner has seven working days to get back to us with their postal address. The prize will be shipped to the address provided. The prize will expire if the prize cannot be handed over following the first notification for reasons for which the participant is responsible. The participant is responsible for ensuring the data provided is correct and up-to-date. Persons who are under 18 years of age at the time of their participation or who are deemed to be under the age of majority in their respective place of residence are not eligible to participate in the competition. Furthermore, legal representatives and employees of THOMAS SABO as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.

§3 Excluded from participation

THOMAS SABO is entitled to exclude participants from taking part in the competition without notice if they do not fulfil the requirements named in §2 or if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition, in particular its entry process, and/or culpably violate the entry rules. In particular, the following attempts at manipulation and violations justify exclusion: multiple participation under different e-mail addresses, registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, the manipulation of competitions, participation via third parties (intermediaries, collective entries etc.).

§4 Cancellation of the competition

THOMAS SABO reserves the right to cancel the competition in part (such as for certain prizes or special draws) or in its entirety. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned, for example in the event of the occurrence of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical reasons which mean implementation is not only insignificantly impaired. This also applies in the event that the implementation is not only insignificantly impaired or precluded for legal reasons, and in the event of manipulations or attempted manipulations that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or the regular and proper implementation of the competition.

§5 Data processing for the competition

THOMAS SABO collects and stores the first name, last name and e-mail address of the participants and, if necessary, the address data for sending the prize. The data is used to determine and notify the winner. Aside from this, THOMAS SABO will use the data solely for its own marketing purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties other purposes (e.g. third party marketing purposes). By entering, the participant agrees that the name entered in the competition may be published once on the THOMAS SABO website and on the social media channels used by THOMAS SABO in connection with the competition. The data will be processed only in accordance with the THOMAS SABO Data protection policy.

§6 Exclusion of liability

Any liability for damages on the part of THOMAS SABO and its bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, is, to the extent permitted by law, limited only to cases of intent or gross negligence.

§7 Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to all legal relationships arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Participation and Data Protection Regulations.
