The THOMAS SABO Privilege Club is the exclusive customer club at THOMAS SABO. As a member of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, you’ll gain access to very special benefits as well as a range of extraordinary services. Membership is free and non-binding. Among other things you get to enjoy special moments - whether they’re at great events, through early access or exclusive vouchers.
Yes, you’ll get a digital customer card. This will be sent to you with your welcome newsletter and can be easily added to your Apple or Google Wallet.
No, it cannot be transferred. Your personal customer card is intended exclusively for you and is therefore permanently linked to your customer account.
You don't have to do anything for this. As soon as you log in to your online customer account, your Privilege Club information is automatically linked.
In this case, although you’ll still be a member of the Privilege Club, you’ll lose out on your benefits such as vouchers, event invitations or Cashback.

As soon as you cancel your membership, your benefits will also end. If you still have Privilege Club vouchers to use, you can no longer redeem them. Your entitlement to Cashback or vouchers from full punch cards also ends.
If you are moving to another country, there are two options:
Moving to a Privilege Club country (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, the UK, Ireland, Slovakia, Sweden or Canada)
Your membership remains unchanged. If your new country uses a different currency, we will convert your Club purchase amount accordingly. If you still have valid Privilege Club vouchers, these will remain in their original currency and can only be redeemed in the THOMAS SABO online shop.
Moving to a country that is not part of the Privilege Club (all countries not listed above)

All purchases made in the THOMAS SABO online shop or in a THOMAS SABO store count towards the Cashback amount. Services, postage and packaging as well as purchases from our partner jewellers are excluded. Items and services from the SABOTEUR brand are also excluded.
From a total purchase value of €750 you will receive 3% of the value as Cashback credit, from a total purchase value of €1,500 you will receive 5% of the value as Cashback credit.
At the beginning of a new year, you will receive your personal THOMAS SABO Cashback voucher from us – provided you have reached the defined minimum purchase amount. The cashback vouchers will be sent as soon as possible by e-mail only. However, please understand that due to the extended returns period during the Christmas period, we will usually not be able to send you your Cashback voucher until February of the following year.
Yes, you can also collect Cashback on purchases made in other countries.
Yes, but the Cashback voucher can only be redeemed in a country with identical currency.
Yes, that’s possible. To do so, simply present your receipt at the relevant store. Our employees will be happy to add your receipt to your account.
As soon as you purchase a charm, we will open your digital collection card. This can be viewed in your online account. Both purchases in the online shop and in our THOMAS SABO stores count towards your accumulated points. Please note that points are only activated after 30 days and deleted again in the event of any returns. For every 5 points activated, you will receive one item of the corresponding category up to €49 for free. The item cannot be exchanged.
