    Our special customer service

    Protecting our customer’s health is especially important to us now and we have taking necessary steps to ensure we can welcome you safely in our stores and continue to delight you with unique pieces of jewellery. We have therefore created a special customer service for you: the Click&Meet Service. With this new THOMAS SABO service, you have the opportunity to be advised personally in the store - at a time that suits you and saves you from queuing!

    What you can expect

    Arrange a non-binding THOMAS SABO Personal Shopping consultation (without obligation to buy) and let our store teams provide you with individual advice and new inspiration - for up to one hour. You can also use our free care and cleaning service for any THOMAS SABO accessories you bring with you.

    How it works

    1. Select a store & date

    With the help of our shop finder, you can go directly to the store near you, where you will find the button "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT". Click on it and send us an e-mail – you will receive a response from THOMAS SABO within 24 hours.

    Note: Click&Meet is only possible in shops with the " BOOK AN APPOINTMENT " button.

    2. Individual wishes

    Design your Personal Shopping Day according to your wishes and let us know in advance your requirements within your email. You should also provide the following information:

    - Contact details and preference for making an appointment (email or telephone call back)
    - Preferred date and time for the appointment
    - Occasion (individual style advice, gift ideas, birthday, anniversary, bridesmaids etc.)
    - Number of accompanying people desired. Please note: due to the current government restrictions, we can only allow a limited number of guests per appointment.

     3. Appointment by telephone

    If you would prefer not to wait for a response by email, you can reach your desired store by telephone at any time during opening hours and they will be happy to help with your request.
