Members of the Privilege Club have the possibility of receiving cashback depending on the respective member status and the purchases they made in the previous year.

Cashback according to status/money spent in the Privilege Club

Silver: Starting from a purchase value of 750,– EUR within a complete calendar year, in addition to your Silver member status, you will also receive a cashback voucher to the amount of 3% of the money spent at the beginning of the year.
Platinum: Starting from a purchase value of 1.500,– EUR within a complete calendar year, you also receive a cashback voucher to the amount of 5% of the money spent – and become a Platinum member with many other advantages.


How do I obtain my personal Silver or Platinum cashback voucher?

After the beginning of a new year - provided you have reached the defined minimum number of purchases - you will receive your personal THOMAS SABO cashback voucher from us. If we have a valid agreement to receive emails or mail from you, you will be automatically informed as soon as the calculation of the cashback from the previous year has been completed. The cashback vouchers will be sent as soon as possible, but please understand that due to the extended return period during the Christmas business, we can usually only send you your cashback voucher in February of the following year. 

Where and how can I redeem my cashback voucher? 


You will receive your cashback voucher by post or email. You can redeem your voucher in all participating THOMAS SABO stores, as well as online in our online shop www.thomassabo.com. Partner companies such as jewellers and franchise companies are excluded.


When redeeming your voucher on the website, please select the Gift Card/Cashback as your payment method. To redeem the voucher, you need your cashback number and the pin. The cashback card is redeemable until the end of the respective calendar year in which the cashback voucher was sent, after which the credit expires. Cash payment is not possible. Remaining amounts will not be paid out or refunded as vouchers. In the event of loss, no refund will be made. The cashback card cannot be used for previous orders. In the case of justified returns, the relevant amount will be refunded to your cashback card.
