How to: Personalise your jewellery with engraving

A declaration of love, a beautiful life motto, the initials of a loved one, or the date of a very special day: the engraving choices available at THOMAS SABO are unlimited!

With a great variety of engraving options (including a selection of symbols) to choose from, let your imagination run wild with THOMAS SABO’s personalisation service. Whether bracelets, bangles, pendants, charms or necklaces: create a piece of jewellery that will be sure to put a smile on the face of you or a loved one every day.

How it works to engrave pieces online: With only a few steps, personalising your new favourite piece is easier than ever.

Step 1: Choose your jewellery

Choose the engravable product of your choice. All engravable pieces can be spotted thanks to the 'ENGRAVING' flag on the top right hand side of the product image or product page. You can also filter all engravable products in navigation bars across the website, or on the top of the website.

Step 2: Create your engraving

As soon as you have chosen your preferred colour and size, click on the 'ADD COMPLIMENTARY ENGRAVING' button. Whether you choose from one of the diverse engraving suggestions - your own words, symbols or a combination of both - there is something to suit all.

Please note: The number of characters on engravable discs and hearts are limited to three characters or one date. Therefore, no engraving suggestions are displayed for these products.

Option 1: Your own message

Select a font and enter your desired engraving text. You also have the option to add symbols. The system will show you when the maximum number of characters has been reached.

Option 2: Be inspired

Don’t have an engraving idea yet? Then let yourself be inspired by our engraving suggestions. With a simple click on the 'words' tab, select a language then choose the theme and phrase that is right for you.

Step 3: Check and place your order

Almost at the finish line: Once you have put your items in the basket, be sure to double check that the spelling is correct and that the correct symbols have been used. Once you are sure everything is correct, place your order!

Please note that the THOMAS SABO engraved pieces are made especially for you and are therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
