Store Purchases - Return Policy

To return an item purchased from one of our physical THOMAS SABO owned stores, please visit your nearest store with your receipt within the specified returns period. Purchases made in our physical stores cannot be returned by post and can only be accepted at the original point of purchase, or in your nearest THOMAS SABO run store*.

For hygiene purposes, the sale of earrings in our physical stores are final purchase and these cannot be returned or exchanged at a later date unless faulty. Engraved goods, adjusted watches and eyewear and item(s) worn immediately out of store upon purchase are non-returnable unless faulty. Gift cards and repairs are entirely non-returnable.

If you only have a gift receipt for your purchase, we can offer an exchange in-store to the same value or more, or a THOMAS SABO gift card for the value of the goods being returned. The above product exclusions will apply and cash refunds are not possible upon presentation of gift receipts.

Goods will be refused if these are not returned in their original condition and packaging and these must be returned within the returns period specified on your receipt. Your receipt will need to be presented for any returns being made and if the purchase was made by card, the original credit/debit card and necessary card receipt will be needed in the event of a refund being offered.

If you placed a chargeable order in-store which was subsequently delivered directly to your home address (via our Home Delivery service), this is classified as an in-store purchase and would need to be returned back to a THOMAS SABO run store. Any purchases made in-store which are returned to our online returns address will be automatically returned as these can only be processed in-store with the customer present.

If you have a faulty product which was purchased within the return time frame advertised on your receipt, please contact or visit the original point of purchase for further assistance. If your purchase is outside of the specified returns period, please visit our repair and warranty information here for advice or visit your nearest THOMAS SABO run store.

For all purchases made via a stockist or partner, please contact the original point of purchase for further advice as polices may vary to those for purchases directly from a THOMAS SABO run store.

*Stockists and partners are unable to accept purchases made in a THOMAS SABO run store for return/exchange. Purchases made in Selfridges Oxford Street (London), Selfridges Trafford Centre (Manchester), Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet and Ashford Designer Outlet can only be returned back to the original store. Please refer to your receipt for their exchange and/or refund policies as these may vary to those in our other stores.
