The THOMAS SABO flagship store – with 90 square metres of sales space – stands out with its exclusive interior design especially adapted to the fin-de-siècle building, combining influences from various continents ranging from Europe to Asia, and from the modern to the antique.
Individually-crafted, antique Asian window grilles are used as wall decorations, while the terrazzo tile floor with its historical pattern oozes pure elegance. The imposing wooden staircase with its floral steel balustrades were designed and manufactured in Switzerland especially for the store. The influences of the various cultures are reflected in the numerous extraordinary elements that give the store, and its impressive shop windows a very special and unique feel. Highlights include the 50-square-metre silver-plated wall, elegant Venetian silk lamps, antique furniture and the historical luggage, once owned by a daughter of a Russian czar. Selected details, such as a set of Asian scales, bronze dragons and lacquer boxes, complete the fabulous synergy of the shops decoration and the THOMAS SABO style code. This particularly showcases the KARMA BEADS jewellery line, a range inspired by Far Eastern philosophies.
