Participation Participation in the competition takes place by following the thomassabo account, liking the competition call posted on thomassabo's Instagram page and tagging a person underneath. The prerequisite for participation is ownership of an Instagram profile. Each participant may only take part in the thomassabo competition once. THOMAS SABO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the competition or violates these conditions of participation. Disqualification will also take place if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation or a breach of the conditions of participation. Participation in the THOMAS SABO competition is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the Internet connection to the websites with the competition. Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. 4. participation period and prizes The competition will take place until 16.12.2024, 11:59 pm, on the Instagram page of thomassabo. The prizes are: 1x a Charm Club bracelet in silver as well as 1 x a Santa Claus charm pendant silver, 1x a snowflake charm pendant rose gold and 1x a gingerbread man charm pendant silver.  The winners will be drawn at random. The prizes will not be paid out in cash. The winners will be informed of their prize by direct message after the end of the entry period. They must then send their full contact details (name, postal address) to thomassabo in the same way. If this is not done within three days, THOMAS SABO reserves the right to draw a new winner and reallocate the prize. The prizes will then be sent by post to the postal address provided. 5. Data protection We use the data of the participants (Instagram name) as well as the name and address data of the winner in order to be able to carry out the competition. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. The data sent to the winners will be deleted four weeks after the closing date.
