Alla intäkter från försäljningen av den begränsade smyckesupplagan skänker THOMAS SABO utan avdrag till ”Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e. V.”, som fördelar pengarna till partners som är verksamma i Ukraina, till exempel UNICEF, SOS-barnbyar, den tyska läkemedelshjälporganisationen action medeor, Caritas International, FN:s flyktinghjälp och Maltaordens hjälptjänst.
Dessa hjälporganisationer ägnar sig åt livräddande insatser som evakuering av barn och deras familjer från krigsområden, transport av rent dricksvatten, utdelning av varm mat från fältkök och sjukvård. Dessutom arbetar psykosociala team för att hjälpa barn som är traumatiserade.

„Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e. V.“
Since 1996, RTL has been committed to helping children in need in Germany and around the world. Donations are collected throughout the year in the scope of numerous campaigns and initiatives. The foundation guarantees that every cent of the money donated reaches the children’s aid projects without any deductions. Every year, the foundation is reviewed by the German Central Institute for Social Issues (DZI) and receives the coveted DZI donation seal each year anew. In recent years, it has collected more than EUR 207 million.

The call for donations is being kickstarted by company founder Thomas Sabo with a personal donation of EUR 250,000 and an open letter to the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko.
