As a THOMAS SABO valued customer, you’ll receive a digital THOMAS SABO Privilege Club customer card. This is also valid for your Charmista membership and is updated automatically.
As a customer of a participating Charmista retailer, you’ll receive a physical Charmista Member Card when you purchase a piece of jewellery with the CHARMISTA COIN.
Yes. There are various ways you can use your Charmista benefits at THOMAS SABO. Simply sign up for our newsletter and then register your Charmista piece of jewellery here using the code on your physical Charmista Member Card. After that, you can use your benefits immediately. You can also present your Member Card in one of our participating THOMAS SABO stores and benefit from it straight away on your next purchase. Plus, you can use your benefits at your Charmista retailer in person or online via https://charmista.app.
No, they cannot be transferred. Your personal Charmista benefits are intended exclusively for you and are therefore specifically linked to your customer account.
You can use your Charmista benefits in the THOMAS SABO online store and in any participating THOMAS SABO store. Your Charmista vouchers are already waiting for you in your customer account. You can also use your benefits at participating Charmista retailers. You can find more information here.
Yes, you can use your Charmista benefits in all Privilege Club countries. These are: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Slovakia and Canada.
Yes. If you permanently cancel your Privilege Club membership, you’ll lose your Charmista benefits.
