As a member of the THOMAS SABO Privilege Club, you’ll gain access to very special benefits as well as a range of extraordinary services. Membership is free and non-binding. Among other things you get to enjoy special moments - whether they’re at great events, through early access or exclusive vouchers.
Yes, you’ll get a digital customer card. This will be sent to you with your welcome newsletter and can be easily added to your Apple or Google Wallet.
No, it cannot be transferred. Your personal customer card is intended exclusively for you and is therefore permanently linked to your customer account.
You don't have to do anything for this. As soon as you log in to your online customer account, your Privilege Club information is automatically linked.
In this case, although you’ll still be a member of the Privilege Club, you’ll lose out on your benefits such as vouchers or event invitations.
Should you wish to cancel your membership permanently, please get in touch with our Club Customer Service team. To do so, please use our contact form, get in touch with us via e-mail at privilege@thomassabo.com.
As soon as you cancel your membership, your benefits will also end. If you still have Privilege Club vouchers to use, you can no longer redeem them.
If you are moving to another country, there are two options:
Moving to a Privilege Club country (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, the UK, Ireland, Slovakia, Sweden or Canada)
Your membership remains unchanged. If you still have valid Privilege Club vouchers, these will remain in their original currency and can only be redeemed in the THOMAS SABO online shop.
Moving to a country that is not part of the Privilege Club (all countries not listed above)
We regret that we have to deactivate your membership.
Yes, that’s possible. To do so, simply present your receipt at the relevant store. Our employees will be happy to add your receipt to your account.
