Let the recipient decide for themselves what they like. The THOMAS SABO Gift Card is always the right choice and will make the recipient smile. Buy Gift Card Check balance   The purchase of the Gift Card in our THOMAS SABO Stores or in the online shop at www.thomassabo.com is the same as the purchase of a normal product. After completing your online Gift Card order, you will receive a separate e-mail with an activation link to the e-mail address you used to place your order. You can use this link to generate and activate the PDF Gift Card in our online shop and then print or save it. Please note that there may be a slight delay before the e-mail with the activation link is sent. If you wait longer than 2 hours for this e-mail, please also check your spam folder and/or contact our Customer Service. The Gift Card can be topped up with any amount (between EUR 5.00 and EUR 500.00). It is generally not possible to top up the Gift Card. The payment methods depend on the respective THOMAS SABO store issuing the Gift Card. Payment by invoice is excluded in the online shop. Gift Card orders in the online shop can only be cancelled if the credit amount on the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed. When exercising the statutory right of cancellation for online purchases, the credit amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer. There will be no chargeback to the Gift Card.

The THOMAS SABO Gift Card can be used as a means of payment in THOMAS SABO Stores and in the online shop at www.thomassabo.com. The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country of issue. This applies to both the THOMAS SABO Stores and the online shop. The redemption can take place in several steps and can be used on goods and services. Returns, cash payments, recharging and offsetting against outstanding claims are not possible. THOMAS SABO reserves the right to refuse payment with the Gift Card in individual cases if payment is unfortunately not possible due to a technical fault. In the event of fraud, attempted deception or suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the Gift Card, THOMAS SABO is authorised to request a different payment method and to block the Gift Card. In the THOMAS SABO online shop: Once you have filled the shopping basket in the THOMAS SABO online shop and used it to checkout, you can enter a Gift Card as a payment method. To do this, use the card number below the barcode and the PIN on the back of your card. The PIN is hidden behind a field that you must first scratch off. The balance on your Gift Card will be analysed and the Gift Card will be accepted as a means of payment. If the value of your shopping basket is lower than the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card. The current balance will be displayed. If the balance on the card is lower than the total of the shopping basket, you can select an additional payment method from the payment methods offered to finalise your order. Up to 3 Gift Cards can be used per order. In THOMAS SABO Stores: In THOMAS SABO Stores, you use the Gift Card in the same way as a credit card or EC card. Please simply present the Gift Card at the checkout. The balance on your Gift Card will be analysed and the Gift Card will be accepted as a means of payment. If the receipt value is lower than the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card. If the balance on the Gift Card is lower than the receipt value, you can select an additional payment method from the authorised payment methods in order to pay the receipt value. Up to five Gift Cards can be used per payment.

Please note that your Gift Card is valid for a maximum of 36 months from the date of activation. At the end of the 36 months, the topped-up credit or remaining credit expires. A refund of the amount is not possible.

Can I have the Gift Card sent to a different delivery address when ordering online? It is possible to send it to a different delivery address. Simply enter an alternative delivery address in the order process and the Gift Card will be sent directly to the desired recipient. Is there special gift packaging for the Gift Card? Yes, the gift card is packaged in a special card. The Gift Card packaging has a neutral design. What do I do if I lose the Gift Card? Please keep the Gift Card in a safe place. It is treated like cash. If you lose it, you are not entitled to a replacement. If the invoice or receipt for a Gift Card is still available, the current balance can be determined in individual cases and the Gift Card can be cancelled. In individual cases, the amount can be refunded to your bank account or a new Gift Card can be issued. Is the Gift Card transferable? Yes, the Gift Card is not personalised and can be used by anyone. When is the PIN required? The PIN is only required for payment in the online shop and to check the credit balance. You will find the PIN on the back of your card. Please enter the corresponding voucher code in the shopping basket. The voucher code must be confirmed with the ‘Redeem now’ button before you continue your order with the ‘Checkout’ button, as voucher codes cannot be refunded later once the order has been completed. If you cannot redeem a voucher, an error message will be displayed. This can have the following causes: The minimum order value was not reached Certain items are excluded from the discount The voucher code is no longer valid The voucher code has already been redeemed The voucher code was entered incorrectly Please read the information text and compare it, if necessary, with the respective terms and conditions of your voucher code.
