How can I return my order?
Extended return until 23.01.2026
Due to our extended return period, you can easily return all jewellery that you order in our online shop from 07.11.2025 to 24.12.2025 until 23.01.2026. Please note: Personalized products with engraving are excluded from the return.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products in your order. However, if you wish to return one or more of the items purchased from the THOMAS SABO Online Shop, you may return them to us in their original condition within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The date of receipt is the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. If you wish to return goods directly to us, please proceed as follows:
Enter your return online and print out your return note and return label.
Place the goods to be returned and the return form in the packaging and pack them securely. (If possible, send the items back to us in their original packaging so that the goods are protected from damage during transport).
Attach the downloaded return label to your parcel. This means that your parcel is immediately provided with a tracking option.
Hand in the parcel at your nearest DHL post office.
Please keep the dispatch note in case you have any queries.

Please note that in this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can only issue a refund once we have received your item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping option that allows you to monitor the shipment.
(Return shipping costs can only be refunded if the case is covered by the warranty. The refund will be processed automatically if the shipping costs are visible on the package. If not, please send us a copy of the receipt separately via email to service@thomassabo.com.)
If you would like to return goods to us via one of our THOMAS SABO Stores, please proceed as follows:

Important note: A refund of an online shop order in one of our THOMAS SABO Stores is generally not possible. However, the THOMAS SABO Store will be happy to forward your return to our returns department.
Further important information:
The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - comparable to a fitting in a shop. We reserve the right to demand compensation if the goods have deteriorated due to further use.
Please note that returns may take several days to arrive by post and that our returns department also needs time to process them. Returns are collected at our headquarters in Lauf, Germany.
Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. engraved items) are excluded from cancellation. All engraved jewellery is intended for final sale and has been engraved according to the customer's instructions. THOMAS SABO is not liable for any errors caused by the customer's instructions or specifications.
Special note on engraved items:
You can buy any engravable THOMAS SABO item without engraving and have it engraved afterwards. Please understand that subsequent engraving is only possible in a THOMAS SABO store and cannot be carried out in the returns department at the company headquarters in Lauf.
Items that arrive in the returns department with an engraving request will be sent back to our customers immediately.

Please note that if you do not use this return label, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

How can I exchange an item?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products in your order.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations and you want to change it to another product or size, there are the following options:
Return via our THOMAS SABO online shop:
Due to our automatic ordering system, we are unable to exchange directly via our online shop returns process.
This also applies to an exchange to a different size.
Therefore, please send the corresponding product back to us and reorder the desired product.

Exchange via one of our THOMAS SABO Stores:
By submitting the invoice, you can also exchange items within 30 days in a THOMAS SABO Store. Please note that the goods must be paid for on account before the exchange and proof of this is required in the Store.
Important note: A refund of an online shop order in one of our THOMAS SABO Stores is generally not possible. However, the THOMAS SABO Store will gladly forward your return to our return department.
Resizing in our in-house jewelry workshop
Some items, such as chains or bracelets, can be resized later for a fee.
You are welcome to enquire the possibilities by contacting our Customer Repair Service Team under service-repair@thomassabo.com.

Goods that have been made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. engraved items) cannot be returned. All engraved pieces of jewellery are a final sale and were engraved in accordance with the customer's instructions. THOMAS SABO is not liable for errors such as spelling mistakes that are based on an instruction or specification provided by the customer.
How long is the processing time for returns?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has arrived in our returns department. Your return will usually be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt. The credit note for the value of the goods minus the postage costs will be issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase once the goods have been received.
Please understand that the processing of complaints / refurbishments / repairs may take longer.
Cancellation instructions
Right of cancellation
Cancellation policy:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The statutory cancellation/return period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. In addition to the statutory cancellation period, THOMAS SABO gives you the option of returning the goods up to 30 days after receipt and thus withdrawing from the purchase contract.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG, Silberstraße 1, 91207 Lauf, Germany; e-mail: service@thomassabo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this, you can use the enclosed sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal requirements (e.g. engraved items) are excluded from cancellation. All engraved jewellery is intended for final sale and has been engraved according to the customer's instructions. THOMAS SABO is not liable for errors that are based on the customer's instructions or specifications.
In addition, watches on which bracelets have been shortened and thus modified according to customer specifications are excluded from cancellation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
