The package is damaged and/or empty or incomplete

If upon delivery, you determine that the package is damaged, please do not accept the package, so that the logistics partner can immediately initiate a damage report.

If it’s not possible to refuse delivery of the package, please contact us immediately after receiving the package either by email at Of course, we’ll gladly oversee reporting the damage to our logistics partner for you. In order for us to do this, however, we’ll require you to send us a picture of the damaged package.
