Our THOMAS SABO owned stores offer a range of in-store services to benefit our customers. Please note that services may vary between locations and may only be available in THOMAS SABO stores (stockists and partners are excluded).

Ear Piercing

Cleaning Service

Selected THOMAS SABO run stores offer a cleaning service completed in-store for the majority of our jewellery products.

Please note that an in-store cleaning service is not considered a professional restoration service and additional charges will apply if you require further services such as re-plating, re-oxidising or reconditioning to your jewellery. For further advice and information on the availability of the service in your nearest store, please contact or visit your nearest store.

Please note that we can only offer cleaning services for THOMAS SABO products only and our in-store services may be temporarily suspended at selected periods of the year.

Repairs

Selected THOMAS SABO run stores can complete a number of basic repairs which can be completed directly in-store without needing to return the item to our workshop. These include but are not limited to the restringing of selected bracelets and adjustments to bent/pulled earring stems and lobster clasps. As we cannot guarantee whether an item can be repaired in-store until the item is on site, we advise to visit your nearest store for further assistance.

Please note that for the majority of repairs (particularly those not listed above), the item(s) will need to be returned to our workshop. We therefore cannot guarantee if your item can be repaired in-store until this is assessed in person. Charges will also apply to items outside of warranty (or where accidental damage and/or wear and tear has occurred) and if items are presented without a valid proof of purchase to confirm an existing warranty.

Our THOMAS SABO run stores are also able to accept an item for repair to be returned directly to our workshop. Our colleagues will be very happy to assist with returning any item(s) on your behalf, whether covered by warranty or not. You can find further information here.

Watch Bracelet Adjustments

Our THOMAS SABO run stores offer a watch bracelet adjustment service for purchases made directly on our Online Store. Please note that we can only offer a watch bracelet adjustment service for THOMAS SABO products only. You can visit your nearest store and present your proof of purchase for this service to be completed free of charge (stockists/partner stores are excluded).

Engraving

Our THOMAS SABO run stores offer an engraving service for our engravable products, completed in-store on your visit.

Please note that our stores are only able to provide engraving on THOMAS SABO products only and these must be classified as an engravable product in order to have this service completed. Our engravable products can be found here.

It is not possible to provide engraving on items which are not designed by us, if these are not classified as engravable or if the surface has already been engraved previously. For further advice and information on the possibility of the service in your nearest store, please contact or visit your nearest store.

Home Delivery

Our THOMAS SABO run stores offer a Home Delivery service if your desired item is not available in store on the day of your visit. If an item or size is temporarily unavailable in-store, please enquire with our colleagues regarding the possibility of a direct order conveniently delivered to your home address.

Please note that our stores are unable to accept telephone orders, therefore the order must be placed in-store with full payment to receive the home delivery service. It is only possible to have the desired item(s) delivered to an address within the UK and if goods need to be returned, these must be returned back to the original or your nearest THOMAS SABO run store.
