Purchase Gift Card Check Credit

You can purchase a Gift Card at our THOMAS SABO Stores or at the Online Shop by logging on to www.thomassabo.com. This takes place in the same way as for a normal product.

A THOMAS SABO ONLINE Gift Card is a PDF for downloading.
After completing your online gift card order, you will receive a separate email with an activation link to the email address you used to place your order.
You can use this link to generate and activate the PDF Gift Card in our online shop and then print or save it. 
Please note that there may be a slight delay in sending the email with the activation link.
If you wait longer than 2 hours for this e-mail, please also check your spam folder and/or contact our Customer Service.

The Gift Card can be charged with any amount (between CAD 5,00 and CAD 700,00). Recharging the Gift Card is generally not possible.
The payment types are oriented on the respectively issuing THOMAS SABO Stores. Payment on invoice is not possible at the Online Shop.
Cancelling Gift Card orders placed with the Online Shop is only possible if the amount on the Gift Card not yet been taken from the credit. When exercising the legal right of cancellation in the case of online purchases, the credit amount is transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. Re-crediting the amount to the Gift Card is not possible.
